IT Teacher is required:
IT Teacher is primarily responsible in developing syllabus for courses in IT and its related module. He is also responsible in teaching trainees with concepts in Information Technology and related modules of introduction and use of computer, Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
• Handles classes within the required number of trainees and prescribed hours per week
• Participates in IT and Mathematics, and its related courses syllabus development and planning with other teachers and the Training Operation Manager.
• Coordinates with other Poultry Production teachers in various courses to integrate curricula.
• Works with other Institute employees in activities and operations including identifying areas of IT and
Mathematics knowledge that require improvement within the students.
• Maintains positive rapport with all trainees and creates a positive learning environment to adequately communicate lessons.
• Enforces the trainees the management and disciplinary policies of the Institute related to course teaching and course assessment.
• Acts as an advisor outside of class to support trainees that require additional IT and Mathematics training or assistance including academic advising related to poor performance and attendance.
• Performs duties, as required, relating to textbooks, instructional supplies, trainee reports and records, attendance reports, etc.
