siParadigm Diagnostic Informatics, seeks full-time Client Service Representatives for its office in Heliopolis, Cairo.
Office hours are from 2:00pm to 12:00am Monday through Saturday, with occasional flexibility to either come in earlier or stay late and a one hour lunch break
.
These hours cover two overlapping 8 hours shifts:
7:00 AM EST to 3:00 PM EST - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Cairo Time
1:00 PM EST to 9:00 PM EST- 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Cairo Time
Role Objective:
To respond and answer inbound calls with high quality standards assisting clients with all available tools in order to achieve highest level of client satisfaction, attract news clients, and retain existing ones.
- Responsibilities:
- Supports and provides superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller and follow-up on client inquiries and complaints that is not fulfilled or resolved to ensure full customer satisfaction.
- Answers inbound calls and respond to client requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Remote Printing signed off reports as per clients requests
- Informs the proper individual regarding updates needed to be made to the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer whenever required and complete call logs and reports so that we have a valid reference and database for our customers to ensure proper planning & to guarantee taking the right decisions.
- Notifies the appropriate concerned person when issues or problems arise in order to take proper actions on the spot.
- Follows the agreed on guidelines, policies, processes, & procedures to ensure maintaining the customer’s data confidentiality.
- Responsible for Post Accessioning: Renaming and uploading documents scanned onto the network drive to assist the Transcription department.
- Completing the input of the patient demographics into the LIS and ensure that all information initially entered was entered correctly.
- Responsible for Fax verification and Remote Printing: ensure that signed off reports have been successfully delivered to the client's specified fax number or designated pring .
- Checking the delivery log and remove the signed off case after it has been verified
- Responsible for following up on send outs, slide requests, consults on a daily basis and informing the corresponding departments i.e Pathology/ Transcription on the status of the results
- Ensures that client information in the system is entered correctly.Call to verify new account's information.
- Schedule pick ups, dispatch couriers, attend to client requests and contact client for missing information, medical records, documents, and etc…
- Correspond with in house staff
