Operation Manager required
Responsible for:
• Development of domestic and international packages by visiting destinations and suggesting interesting travel routes or places of interest.
• Designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients.
• Exploring and identifying new business opportunities in a competitive and rapidly changing industry.
• Organizing and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
• Expected to continually monitor and improve the overall performance of their operation.
• Supervising a team of operations staff in maintaining day-to-day operations.
• Dealing with every day's problems and issues that might encounter staff.
• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
• Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
