The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers the graduates a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training. Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Egypt was established in 1986 and leading the market since then with 3 different segments; Decorative, Marine & Protective coating. Presently the organization consists of 340 team members. The Head office is located in New Cairo and there are 4 branch offices and 4 stock points spread throughout Egypt. By 2018 we will launch our new factory in 10th of Ramadan, one that will be the biggest Jotun factory in the Middle East. Jotun Paints Egypt is on search for Warehouse Administrator who possesses strong commitment to Supply Chain team environment, is dynamic, results-oriented and a problem solver. This position is located in Ismailia and will be reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operation of the Finished Goods Warehouse in terms of the quality of order preparation to ensure that picking and packing of orders are 100% correct in order to provide the best inventory quality of customer service
- Monitor stock level by constantly cycle counting the stocks and conducting annual stock takes to ensure the accuracy of the inventory.
- Assist in the storage management of the Warehouse by storing paints in proper places so as to ensure that paints are not unduly exposed to elements which may deteriorate or spoil the paints.
- Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the Warehouse by ensuring that staff adhere strictly to safety rules and regulations and practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Follow up on the competence of Warehouse personnel training, guiding and disciplining them so that they have the relevant competence/attitude to perform their jobs effectively.
