Providing administrative & HR assistance to the firm which includes:
Recruiting, Selecting, Orienting, Training, Assigning, Scheduling, Coaching, Counseling, and Disciplining employees; Communicating job expectations; Planning, Monitoring, Appraising, and Reviewing job contributions; Planning and Reviewing compensation actions; Enforcing policies and procedures.
Ensure tasks are implemented on time
Make reports and submit them to top manager
Conduct coaching, scheduling, discipline, appraising, reviewing compensations, enforcing policies and procedures
Contributing in sales engineering support information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales engineering support system improvements; implementing change towards achieving goals
