One of our clients in Egypt (Construction company) is looking for Production Manager.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
One of the biggest precast factories to produce precast to build three tunnels with total length of 12,000 kilo meters as per below:
2 TUNNELS AND 1 RAILWAY
JOB PURPOSE
To oversee all plant activities and manufacturing operations, including scheduling, production and product’s storage
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plans, organizes, controls, integrates and monitors work plans to achieve goals and objectives against the annual department’s budget.
• Organizes, directs and evaluates the performance of assigned staff; establishes performance requirements and personal development targets; regularly monitors performance and provides coaching for performance improvement and development.
• Provides day-to-day leadership and works with staff to ensure a high performance, team building and employee empowerment; applies process improvement and quality management principles to assigned areas of responsibility.
• Develops recommendations to improve the operation systems and facilities; coordinates division activities with other divisions, departments and agencies.
• Ensures compliance of unit work to pertinent codes, regulations and guidelines.
• Researches and monitors technical developments in techniques, equipment, supplies and material used in the production.
• Ensures the HSE program and goals are implemented and carried out in the Production division; develops and proposes safety requirements to be carried out in the division.
• Supervise the production operation and assure that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
• Directs towards the development and exploration of new production methods.
• To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods.
• Make the needed requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials are always adequate for the production process
