One of our clients in Egypt (Construction company) is looking for Production Supervisor.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
One of the biggest precast factories to produce precast to build three tunnels with total length of 12,000 kilo meters as per below:
2 TUNNELS AND 1 RAILWAY
JOB PURPOSE
To Supervise the production plant at the precast segments factory according to safety and quality standards
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:
• Supervise the production operation and assure that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
• Prepare the production plan on basis required by the job order and follow its implementation.
• Development and exploration of new production methods of the precast tunnel segments.
• To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods.
• Make the needed requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials are always adequate for the production process.
• Implements the safety program; ensures subordinates follow safety practices in work methods and procedures.
• Enforces proper safety procedures while working in dangerous situations; instructs subordinates to follow rules, regulations and safe work habits to avoid any potential hazards presented by their work environment.
• To ensure that plant machinery and equipment are properly operated.
• Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, manpower requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments.
• Train, evaluate, or discharge staff or resolve personnel grievances.
• Develop or implement production tracking, analyzing production data, moulds maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
