1- Support new project kickoff process through providing all clerical and administrative support as the on‐boarding of all new employees . (business cards, voice mail and phone numbers).
2 General office coordination. The Administrative Assistant will perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to: filing, faxing, printing, scanning, copying, tracking invoices, answering phone calls, data entry, and opening, sorting and distributing all incoming correspondence, preparing and sending responses to correspondences as needed. She will update, organize, and maintain paper‐based and online filing systems.
3‐ Support for Business Development. She will work with Marketing to prepare for and follow‐up with conferences, networking events, etc. and provide logistical support for the Director of Business Development as needed.
4- Office Management. The Administrative Assistant will liaison and coordinate with vendors and service providers including, but not limited to: janitorial service, office/building maintenance workers, IT and phone support services, etc. She will also take regular inventory of office and kitchen supplies, place orders as needed.
5-Other logistical support as travel arrangements event coordination
6-Perform other duties as assigned by Managing Director .
