Distribution Administrator - Jotun MEIA Graduate Program

The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers the graduates a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training. Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Egypt was established in 1986 and leading the market since then with 3 different segments; Decorative, Marine & Protective coating. Presently the organization consists of 340 team members. The Head office is located in New Cairo and there are 4 branch offices and 4 stock points spread throughout Egypt. By 2018 we will launch our new factory in 10th of Ramadan, one that will be the biggest Jotun factory in the Middle East. Jotun Paints Egypt is on search for a Distribution Administrator who is an excellent communicator and can combine patience, determination, and persistence to solve clients, suppliers and team members' different issues. This position is located in Ismailia and will be reporting to Distribution Supervisor.
Responsibility
- Assist in performing and controlling all transportation arrangements by following both local law and internal company regulations to achieve Jotun’s standards of delivery.
- Follow up with providers to ensure customer orders are correctly and accurately delivered according to customers’ demands.
- Monitor and maintain customer service complaints regarding transportation to ensure service complaints are dealt efficiently and in a correct way.
- Cooperate with Customer Service Department and Warehouse Department in order to fulfil delivering On Time in Full results.
- Maintain good relation with the transportation providers to ensure the smoothness of the transportation process according to Jotun Standard.
