Showroom Manager - Nihal Zaki Interiors

Job purpose:
To take full responsibility for the day to day running of the Showroom to ensure that the Showroom is visually merchandised to an excellent standard and to ensure that the highest levels of Customer Service are given at all times.
To manage, motivate and develop the team to ensure that targets are exceeded.
Duties and responsibilities:
Brand Image
- Maintaining the Nihal Zaki Interiors image to the highest standards.
- Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times.
- Liaise with Warehouse Manager for stock management and ordering.
- Ensure showroom displays are installed in a timely manner to company standards, liaising as necessary with Interior Design Department.
- Recommend potential advertising venues and marketing strategies to CEO.
- Ensure customer orders are met as soon as possible.
Customer Service
- Ensure that Nihal Zaki Interiors customers are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Deal promptly with Customer complaints, liaising with concerned department in order to resolve queries.
Sales Targets
- Produce a monthly report covering objectives set, results achieved and sales performance.
- Accurately monitor, analyse and report sales patterns, trends, and forecast.
- Maximise sales opportunities with retail clients.
- Develop and extend the customer account base through local marketing initiatives and brand exposure opportunities in the local community.
Human Resources
- Ensure attendance, individual and team performance is managed effectively with all members of the Showroom team.
- Record staff attendance, absences, and annual leave.
- Manage, motivate and develop the staff.
- Assist in training of new staff.
- Plan and monitor employee development and training to achieve maximum performance, productivity and job satisfaction.
General
- Review performance on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Key holder responsibilities, ie opening and closing the shop, covering in the case of absence, ability to be onsite in the event of an emergency.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks as and when required.
