Executive Female Secretary - ِAl Shrouk Trading

1- Performs many high-level clerical and administrative tasks, including managing information technology, creating presentations or proposals and taking responsibility for confidential company documents.
2- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for Inquiries, Quotations, Purchase Orders and Correspondence.
3- Conduct searches to find needed information of suppliers, using such sources as the Internet.
4- Arrange conferences, business meetings, travel reservation for the GM and work team.
5- Maintain business schedule and event calendar.
6- Handling international phone calls and correspondences with foreigner suppliers through e-mail.
7- Preparing Data Base for several foreigner suppliers and manufacturers.
8- Managing and developing an organized filling system for the office documentation and responsible for handling highly confidential documents, protecting an organization's confidential information, communication and information management.
9- Managing office supplies.
10- Negotiating with vendors.
