Market Research Analyst - Misr Mahrousa

Interface with internal and external clients to understand business objective, share market economic conditions, forecasts and general market observations and analysis.
Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and real estate buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Ongoing execution of marketing Intelligence and other advanced research methods in collecting and analyzing data about direct and indirect competition.
Work with sales and marketing teams to contribute to and enhance RFP’s, presentations and new business pitches.
Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text of recommendations.
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
Seek and provide information to help the company determine its position in the marketplace.
Assist in managing external agencies to deliver effective research findings and proper CRM systems to work with.
Develop methods and procedures for collecting data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires), or arrange to obtain existing data.
Measuring and assessing customer and employee satisfaction
