- Work with top management to help shape the future of Travco Properties offerings based on market inputs.
- Prepare technical and financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing business information and customer data.
- Conduct profitability analysis to evaluate and improve different revenue streams and optimize cost structure and expenses of current operations.
- Constantly research, evaluate and report on new markets and business opportunities.
- Build business cases and financials models based on market inputs and industry trends
- Understand and study the competition to provide sales with competitive intelligence and market positioning leverage.
- Build financial projections and forecasts to support business development and budgeting.
- Identify key influencers, online and offline communities, industry events and potential partners.
