Responsible of all matters concerning human resources of the organization. Heads of the units will be primarily responsible for individual decisions, which shall act within the bounds of the corporate policies on any given subject. The jurisdiction covers the following:
a) Human Systems.
b) Personnel Administration.
c) Labour Law.
d) General Administration.
e) Training.
f) Employee Welfare.
Qualifications: • University degree in related field. Masters is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with a good sense of working in teams under time pressure.
• A record of volunteer experience.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
