Drive client engagement delivering quality service and relevant insights to retailers and contribute to the general strategy of the function to increase the baseline of retailer agreements and support on the contract renewal process.
Client Servicing
• Provide relevant analysis, reporting and research insights to retailers and maintain high standard client deliverables
• Maintain a client service orientation and contribute to the retailers growth by effectively managing the different solutions
• Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles
• Serve as primary contact to clients responding to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.
• On-site presence to which includes responsibilities on data requests, technical basic support and analysis
•Drive sales activities, support on preparation of proposal and credential presentations
• Analyze the necessary competition and market data.
• Support on the renewal of the contracts or signing new agreements with the retailer clients.
Functional / Technical
• Overall understanding of Qualitative and Quantitative research techniques
• Previous exposure to handling large and complex databases
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint and high computer literacy skills
• Advanced Presentation and Reporting skills
• Effective communication and effective influencing and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail for quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
