• Follow shipping cycle for inbound and outbound goods
• Assist Logistics Manager for all necessary documents for shipping and customs
• Follow with production team goods delivery plan schedule
• Update warehouse team with goods delivery exact dates and documents required
• Analysis Logistics department cost and report to Logistics Manager on regular basis
• Responsible for handling company couriers accounts
• Coordinate with finance team for shipping freight suppliers and customs broker’s accounts payables and invoices.
Qualification
• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Business Administration or related field
