* Assist to interview, hire and train personnel for the procurement department
* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
* Negotiate with the suppliers to obtain the best prices and best payment terms
* Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals
* Assist to prepare the annual budget in accordance with the company direction
* Provide monthly analytical and KPI reports
* Assist to ensure the provision of goods in order to support overall business objectives

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University graduate, English language and MS office

 

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 7 years in total with a 5 years in the procurement field

 

Job-Specific Skills: Negotiation, Internal Customer Focus

 

Behavioural Competencies : Integrity, Communication
