Your role
Analyze of the customer needs, goals and constraints in order to advice the best possible integration between software and an external system;
Design, plan, implement, deliver and document integrations between software products and third-party software such as CMDBs, service management tools, SIEMs, BI tools, etc.
o Develop the connectors, scripts or programs required to integrate the systems assuring the highest possible degree of quality and accuracy;
o Assure the highest possible degree of quality and accuracy;
o Identify and deliver the use cases
o Plan and coordinate the test phase, from the unit test to the system integration test;
o Analyze performance bottlenecks and stability issues;
o Document the integration both internally (technical design) as well as externally (installation guide, implementation guide, user guide);
o Educate and empower the client to take full advantage of the product integration, so that the solution is fully used;
