As a member of the digital communications team, this position serves as the primary graphic and web designer on staff. Seeking a candidate with a strong graphic/visual design ability to create intuitive UI, produce graphics and bring them together for an optimal user experience.
Our ideal candidate can design and build from scratch, break designs into responsive design code, and implement on corporate content management systems
In addition to design, this position also works as part of a team to manage development of websites, email marketing templates, landing pages, and any other related digital media systems or services. This includes full lifecycle management of new and existing digital media initiatives from design/concept stage through implementation.
Responsibilities will include:
Design and build templates, landing pages, sites and graphic design for websites, email marketing templates, infographics, and social media content.
Design user interface details, including creating wireframe mockups. Develop and iterate user interaction concepts through wireframe mockups, storyboards, and/or prototypes.
Writing detailed user interaction functional specifications for new functionality and behaviors. Maintain and update design specifications during development.
Design and test multiple versions of digital content (landing pages, email messages, etc.), extract data utilizing A|B testing, and implement improved user experience across digital channels.
Will take a lead role in usability testing and user research utilizing analytics to demonstrate ROI and overall site improvement.
Monitor analytics and review site to identify and recommend process improvements.
