- Approach a new potential client contacts, brokers, owners and real estate developers.
- Organize field visits in the new urban communities and the city neighborhoods.
- Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up.
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
- Committed to the company and the sales manager, willing to submit any reports or forms needed.
- Participate in sales meetings.
- Work with the engineering team to ensure customer project requirements are met.
