• Understand the Partners Internal Systems. • Discuss & Handle the different integration options with the partners. • Provides all areas of the technical support function for partners. • Understand and Present Fawry Standard Messages to the partners. • Deploy the Webservice Integration Tools at the partner side. • Conduct the necessary Test Cycles and scenarios to accept the Integration Adapters. • Works as team member to develop, and apply technical integration activities. • Produce integration testing documents with description of steps, milestones, dependences, and estimated duration. • Play an active role in handing over project to client support for on-going service. • Train customer support staff. • May need to work during weekends, and after working hours. • Assists in training and orientation of other staff and/or users as needed • May work on other related duties as assigned.
