-Close cooperation with the Maintenance different disciplines to fulfil the Maintenance department spare parts requirements on time and continuous follow up and coordination with P&L department to ensure smooth service scheduling and required parts availability.
-To Respond to vendors’ queries and clarifications regarding spare part specifications and description by referencing to the Equipment Manuals or requesting assistance from the maintenance Engineers.
-To Review spare parts and recommends stock level be changed according to the actual consumption.
-To Record and filing new stock proposals and data update documents.
