To provide a consistent facilitation of positive interaction and technical assistance between, direct and indirect customers and the company, within a given geographical or customer specific area.
· Visit customers and end customer in various countries of the MENA region on regular basis
· Liaising with manufacturing facilities, technical departments, government entities such as customs
· Assisting Product Development with new product introductions.
· Product Field Testing
· Customer assistance relating to product enquiries and claims on all product groups. Full failure analysis LV and CV in order to determine the reason for failure on engine, ignition “electronic systems”, brake systems “hydraulics and air systems”, suspensions, filtration and wipers.
· Formal and informal training provided as assistance to prohibit re-occurrence.
· New product information
· Interactions with sales personnel, i.e. customer related queries and product claims
· Provide market information around competitor activities
· Product assistance and correspondence with product / parts distributors.
