Responsible for implementing and following up on hiring procedures

Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Department Heads and Human Resources department.

Update employee’s status on the company’s ERP system

Prepares monthly reports containing records of absence, vacations, missions, and work suspensions

Responsible for updating job descriptions

Carry out terminations procedures for resignations.
