- - Consult with and advise the Medical Directors Operation problems.
- Ensure the proper implementation of policies and exert maximum efforts to carry out the objectives set by Senior Management.
- Liaise with Medical Directors and supervise Hospitals/Centers Operations Managers in the assigned region in both short and long range planning function.
- Supervise the preparation of budget and allocation of funds based upon the review of Hospital estimates/recommendations, familiarity with operating procedures and cost/revenue projections.
- Review all requests for capital equipment items and submit all, with recommendations to the Corp. Chief Operations Officer for review and approval.
- Ensure the efficient, economic, and quality performance to support and provide quality health care services.
- In conjunction with Centers’ Medical Directors and Hospitals/Centers Operations Managers, provide for the identification, analysis, development, and recommendation of operating policies, systems, programs, and standards, and as approved, ensure documentation, implementation, and compliance.
- Provide, maintain and ensure effective communications with senior management, medical staff, the community, and all levels of supervision and staff. Regularly tour the facilities and service areas to solicit feedback regarding performance, needs etc.
- Participate in Centers / Medical Staff Committee Meetings as required.
- Attend and serve on professional/public service organizations required to promote good community relations.
- Maintain professional affiliations and enhance professional growth and development to keep abreast of latest trends in regional health care management.
- Perform other related administrative/managerial or technical duties as required/directed.
