Sales Supervisor - Cairo
We currently have a few openings across our organization for Sales Supervisors covering Egypt, Libya and Sudan. As a Sales Supervisor you will be primarily responisbile for assisting the Region in achieving overall revenue and market development objectives . Sales Supervisor will be responsible for increasing market share in that business by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic’s products and services within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long term business targets and objectives.
• Educate and develop distributors and/or their employees in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management, competitive knowledge, and career goal pursuits
• Developing and managing budgets and forecasts;
• Coordinate efforts with Sales Managers of other product lines to diversify and maximize overall Medtronic teamwork results
• Develop ethical, long-term customer relationships and represent Medtronic management to customers including the training and education
• Assist the Sales Manager with planning and forecasting/reporting and business strategy support, as required.
