Head of Talent Management

Reports to: Organization Development Head

Department: HR

Job Purpose
To lead and design different development programs different business areas across the organization to support best utilization of key talents

Job Description
Competencies Modelling
1.Design & develop organization competencies framework to ensure business related behaviour is well define and measured.
2.Lead the awareness of behavioural competencies and relevant impact on different business areas.
Employees Development Programs
3.Design, propose and manage structured employees development programs in order to ensure efficient utilization and development key talents across the bank.
4.Lead and engage the development programs process between different business areas and L&D to ensure effective delivery of different development programs.
Talent & Behaviour Assessment
5.Lead the relationship with external vendors, consulting firms to ensure effective assessment of internal talents (on-line tools, Assessment Centres l...etc.)
Performance Management
6.Design performance management system guidelines and ensure integration of competencies framework within in order to sustain effective performance measurement.
7.Work closely with HRBP to ensure full awareness of performance management guidelines & framework across the organization.
8.Act as a focal point for performance management analysis, reports and calibration to support further decision making.
Strategy
9.Participate in the formulation and implementation of the Organization Development Department strategy to ensure the alignment with CIB strategy
Policies, Processes and Procedures
10.Participate and recommends improvements to policies, processes and procedures and manages their implementation to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled
Day-to-day management
11.Supervise the day to day operations of HR Business Partners providing some guidance in the related area, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
People Management
12.Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures
Compliance
13.Ensure compliance with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
