Administrator and Coordinator Specialist Vacancy

-Manage related work activities related to Business Development Manager, office work & filing system
-Plan and coordinate calls, meetings, appointments & type minutes of meetings
-Prepare correspondence, including the drafting of e-mail replies
-Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents
-Coordinate & Follow up the daily BDM's calendar
-Handle web searching activities & social media campaigns
-Setup & coordinate all external meetings
-Other duties as assigned
-Assist in handling the marketing activities of the company
-Manage travel and accommodation arrangements of the Chairman
