- Confer with users to investigate and resolve applications problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
- Observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Train users on the proper use of Company Applications.
- Help development team to test new products & customizations.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendores the support opeartion to solve technical or business operations problems if exists.
