Job Purpose
Identify & support Operations different departments to recommend process re-engineering with main focus on reducing work turnaround time and enhancing customer’s experience.
Job Description
Business Analysis
1.Liaise with business & operations departments to identify improvements in processes and procedures to support efficient performance.
2.Support to document & validate processes for future use and in order to support further business decision making.
3.Support to analyse volumes and other essential metrics related to processes & standard processing times.
4.Ensure processes are redesigned to enhance customer experience.
5.Negotiate with team leaders the scheduling of recommendations, liaising with appropriate IT teams.
6.Support business & operations unit to identify business opportunities, enhancements, etc. challenging the way things are done today to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.
7.Liaise with operations unit to work on suggested changes to improve productivity and enhance customer experience.
8.Assist Branch operations & customer experience teams to drive bank wide changes impacting operations units.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
9.Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
Day-to-day management
10.Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the xxx department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
Compliance
11.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
