Manpower Controller/ Senior Controller

Reports to: Staff Budget & Manpower Cost Head
Department: Compensation & Benefits - Human Resource

Job Purpose
To prepare the manpower plan, budget & manpower cost ensuring accuracy and alignment with the HR annual plan and key objectives.

Job Description
Manpower Control
1.Apply the monthly Head count movement across the area and departmental level in order to prepare a consolidated headcount deduction & settlement report.
2.Apply all updates on oracle system with the new hires grade & replacement to ensure accuracy and alignments with the relevant details.
3.Advise the Finance department with the profit centre bank wide as a focal point to support them in maintaining accurate financial records.
4.Prepare the re-casted budget on quarterly and yearly basis based on restructures and re-allocations changes and ensure their alignment.
5.Prepare the actual versus budget headcount per area, segregated by department and division as well as the pipeline & New Hires cost reports to update senior management and support their future decisions.
6.Prepare saving cost analysis due to new hires & resignations.
7.Keep records of Cost tracking updates including manual memos adjustments (done by the salaries & payments department), system memos bank wide..
8.Maintain controls and functions done by the department including the RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment).
9.Prepare the staff expenses reports analysis related to the Actual figures vs. Budget cost /data.
10.Analyse staff expenses reports related to the Actual figures vs. Budget cost /data.
11.Reviewing controls and functions done by the department including the RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment).
Policies, Processes and Procedures
12.Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day-to-day management
13.Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Corporate Loans department to ensure continuity of work
Compliance
14.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
