Offshore Customer Care Representative

Job Role
- Deal directly with customers via phone, Ticketing Systems, E-mailing, Social Media & Any Other Available Communication Tools.
- Respond to customer’s inquiries following agreed processes to guarantee consistency and meeting of global requirements and standards.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintain "C-SAT" Customer Satisfaction Service Level Agreements.
Compensations:
- 3,000 EGP to 3,500 EGP Basic Salary.
- Social Insurance
- Medical Insurance
- Overnight Shift Allowence
- Mobile Allowence
- VPN Line.
- Door To Door Transportation for Girls "For The Night Shift Only Ending By 02:00 AM"
- 1 Month Profit Share Yearly.
