- Responsible for creating and follow up for the social media (Facebook/Twitter and Linkedin).
- Examines customer requests for service or complaint and ensures problem/service solved in a timely manner
- Organizes and attends events and exhibitions
- Conduct market research before producing new products, these researches include (No. of Competitors and their market shares in different geographical areas, products features, prices, promotions & distributions channels).
- Monitors competitor activity and propose counter actions/response.
- Creating promotional materials for new product
- Conduct market research to study the effectiveness of the media campaigns.
- Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data for new products
- Arrange effective distribution of Marketing materials
- Arrange with media agencies for different activities
- Writing the website content
- Responsible for the website updates in the digital media
- Responsible for outdoor activities
- To perform other related duties as required
