§ Conduct a detailed analysis of trainingrequirements within
departments and prepare a report with the training needsanalysis and
recommended training.
§ Contribute to the development of the annualtraining plan ensuring that all training requirements are accurately reflected.
§ Prepare annual training budget for eachdepartment in coordination
with Finance Department ensuring that training needsare reflected.
§ Foster relationships with external trainingproviders to gauge
their suitability, discuss training requirements and coursestructure
with them, briefs senior to aid decision-making and carry outnecessary
formalities and administrative procedures for sending employees
toselected external courses.
§ Monitor the evaluation of training providersand provide
recommendations on terminating or continuing contracts with them
toensure the optimum benefit from training providers.
§ Establish and maintain a database of applicants ensuring
availabilityof timely candidate information for recruitment purposes.
§ Contribute to the development recruitment program to attractapplicants and to fill specific job openings within THE COMPANY.
§ Review and filter applications against job requirements
toestablish a meaningful pool of candidates for interviewing and
selection.
§ Conduct human resources interviews with selected candidates
andprovide recommendations in line with THE COMPANY’s procedures and
standards.
§ Coordinate the interviewing process with the relevant
department(s)and ensure that applicant feedback is received in line with
the recruitmentpolicy.
§ Introduce new recruitment services sources via internet
sites, newspapers advertisement and employment fairs to ensure that THE
COMPANYattracts the required calibre of candidates in line with its
standards.
§ Maintain and update HR vacancy announcements on THE COMPANY’sinternet site ensuring accuracy of the posted information.
§ Provide orientation to candidates regarding hiring
proceduresensuring that hiring requirements are completed in line with
laws andregulations and THE COMPANY standards.
§ Conduct employee Exit Interviews and the related analysis
toidentify turnover reasons and provide recommendations for retaining
employees.
§ Conduct an analysis ofdepartmental manpower requirements and
prepare the annual manpower planensuring that all requirements have been
accurately reflected
§ Prepare periodic reports on manpower planning, recruitment
andtraining and development progress ensuring that management is
equipped withaccurate and timely information for appropriate decision
making.
