Executive Secretary

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following.
 Acting as first point of contact to internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to screen the requests before they are relayed to the CEO.
 Efficient Diary management.
 Arranging appropriate travel, visas, agendas, necessary contacts and country information.
 Facilitating meetings and assisting with meeting materials and agendas.
 Collaborating with other administrative team members, human resources and the finance department on special projects and events.
 Handling and distributing all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
 Managing desktop publishing and proposal and memo typing.
 Creating and maintaining computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports and documents.
 Investigating issues and problems and drafting responses to urgent requests.
 Designed PowerPoint presentations for monthly divisional meetings with top-level executives.
