Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following.
Acting as first point of contact to internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to screen the requests before they are relayed to the CEO.
Efficient Diary management.
Arranging appropriate travel, visas, agendas, necessary contacts and country information.
Facilitating meetings and assisting with meeting materials and agendas.
Collaborating with other administrative team members, human resources and the finance department on special projects and events.
Handling and distributing all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Managing desktop publishing and proposal and memo typing.
Creating and maintaining computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports and documents.
Investigating issues and problems and drafting responses to urgent requests.
Designed PowerPoint presentations for monthly divisional meetings with top-level executives.
