Job Description
The Director of Integrations will manage a team responsible for the integration of acquired company general ledger balances into the Trilogy general ledger and related systems. The team also has responsibility for management of acquired finance personnel and the simplification of processes. The role requires a background in accounting & controlling as well as a thorough understanding of US GAAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing policies to transition a new acquisition to common systems and processes
- Leading a finance team to manage the transition
- Lead efforts to simplify accounting practices at each acquisition
- Work with outside firms to complete Purchase Valuations
Total compensation is $150,000/year
