Technical Office Experience field
Preparing, Supervision and co-ordinate Technical Office Branches:
1) Preparing workshop drawings and As Built drawings for structural (Bending List and reinforcement details), plumbing work & compost DWG with high coordination with other treads.
2) Preparing takeoff sheets for ‘Quantity survey’.
3) Preparation of monthly payment Invoices based on the work progress for Client with all backup documents.
4) Preparing variation orders claims based on backup documents and contractual Letters.
5) Preparing sub-contractors verifying quotations and invoices submitted by sub-contractors and suppliers.
6) Preparing cost analyses based on supported documents (breakdown of prices for items, invoice, contracts, work procedure……..etc).
7) Monitoring the company's running project (Direct, Indirect Cost, define profit/loss ratio….etc).
8) Updating and follow Time Schedule with all projects, Resource & Cash flow.
9) Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for project progress & Status.
Site Experience field :
Execution, Supervision and co-ordination all activities:
1) Fixation sheet piles.
2) Deep Well of dewatering Systems.
3) Co-ordination all stage of excavation, backfilling, sheet piles fixation and dewatering systems.
4) Raft for water structure, foundation with high slops, water stop activities and water test
Tanks.
5) Excavation, bedding preparing, and fixation water supply, domestic, fire water, irrigation,
6) Forced main, cooling water and sewer pipes for water, Sewer plant, Industrial park and
Factories.
7) All technical execution related to slabs, walls, overflow weir, columns against water and
Industrial structure with high co-ordination electromechanical activities.
8) Very good back ground for electromechanical activities of water, sewer treatment plant and
Cement plant.
9) Curved and inclined walls by using high scaffolding.
10) All mobilization before lifting pre cast beams and slabs.
11) Lifting pre-cast beams and slabs.
12) Sleep form casting.
13) Truffle slabs with waffle.
14) All activities related with civil work for main electrical substation (switch yard-control
building -terminal tower-firefighting-high coordinate with transformer erection and
equipment supplying.
15) All activities related with civil work for steel tanks.
16) All activities related with earth work for landscape.
17) All finish work (lime bricks - cement block - plastering -paint … etc).
18) Supervision pre-stressed and pre-Cast work.
19) Execution under international specification (ACI-ASTM).
