1-Plan and prepare regular and special plans in accordance with PMI methods and guidelines, in order to meet the expected quality level.
2- Analyze material/product related quality issues and participate/advice in the decision making process on this matter in order to enable timely corrective actions
3- Prepare and implement internal QA procedures for QA area of activity and work in close collaboration with production departments in giving QA input for their procedures. Develop, update and deliver QA training programs for interested parties in order to enhance quality awareness throughout the organization.
