Operate according to the Laboratory S.O.Ps. and maintain c-GLP practices
Aware of microbiological techniques, methods of analysis terminology, equipment, and supplies.
Prepare culture media in accordance to guidelines to pass growth testing
Perform sampling of raw materials and packaging materials according to aseptic techniques
Perform microbiological examination of raw materials and packaging materials.
Perform water analysis and microbiological monitoring of manufacturing processes to ensure c-GMP implementation
Isolate and identify microorganisms by microscopic examination, morphological characteristics, and biochemical reactions.
Maintain microorganisms reference standards to ensure safe handling
Perform data entry and maintain all department records and documents according to current procedure and write certificate for the examined samples.
Participate in quality improvement process.
