Archirodon is looking for a highly active candidate to be hired as an HR System Administrator. The position will be located at the Regional Office of Archirodon Construction Company in Nasr City, CairoJob Summary
The successful candidate will work on the maintenance of Archirodon’s HR online system and generating of various regular and customized reports to assist the Human Resources department and the Administration department, duties will include:
- Creating new employee profile by entering data in predefined fields.
- Scanning and uploading employees’ personal documents such as CVs, Degrees, and Evaluation Forms.
- Monitoring the expiration of documents related to governmental authorities such as visa, passport, residence permit, work permit and driving license. Notify Management and Personnel officers on needed action.
