Operations & General Services Manager

- Responsible for Head Office utilities, furniture, and equipment management, maintenance, and renovations, so as to best utilize company space and resources effectively and effeciently.  .
- Provides the Head Office supplies such as stationary, buffet supplies ...etc in coordination with the concerned department &Purchasing Department, and control their periodical consumption.
- Participates in monitoring the annual and monthly budget of the general services & operations, as well as expenses and invoice settlement, and reports statistics accordingly.
- Manages the HO Reception and controls employee and visitors enterence and exit, and ensures the keeping of records required.
- Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers (for example, cleaning, maintenance contractors, transportation, water & equipment vendors) to ensure the company's set criteria and governoment regulations are properly met.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of professional staff to ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established budgets.
- Acting as the Focal Point between the Vendors and the Financial Department.
- Managing the ongoing relationships with the governmental entities.
- Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes for improvement when necessary.
- Managing the arrangements & resevations for the meeting rooms/meetings.
