Strategic Duties:
1. Develop the detailed plan for the Administration department and ensure its achievement within the established policies and procedures.
2. Contribute to the development of administration policies ensuring they provide necessary controls as well as efficiency in delivery of administration services.
General Administrative Duties:
1. Motivate, direct and provide team members with the necessary support to conduct accounting tasks and activities towards the achievement of objectives and plans.
2. Liaise with the Human Resources to manage the recruitment, performance and development of team members so they are equipped with the required skills and competencies to achieve their job objectives and targets.
Job Specific Duties:
1. Plan and manage FM services for the company facilities to make sure that company assets are safeguarded and procedures against theft are in place.
2. Manage the registration of all assets to meet regulatory requirements and ensure copyrights.
3. Manage the registration of the facilities to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Manage the provision of mail and courier services to the organization in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Manage facility services - cleaning, plants, air conditioning maintenance - ensuring that the facilities reflect the company’s image and environment to both employees and visitors.
6. Foster and maintain relationships with third parties that provide administrative services.
7. Manage the delivery of hospitality services to cater events and business in line with policies and standards.
8. Manage the carting services in line with established policies and procedures.
9. Present administration status periodically and make recommendations for any required courses of action to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Main Key Performance Indicators:
Efficiency of the administration services. Level of compliance with registration (facilities, Service) requirements.
Efficiency in copyright registrations.
