Charity Operation Manager


AFA is a charity arm of Hotelier Group that operates to support education for needy kids (specially orphans) and providing junior & senior people how actual life works outs
Nowadays we are looking for Charity Operation Manager, who would be able to convert DAFA founders’ ideas into reality and to establish self-running organization what would run for many decades ahead.
As the Charity Operation Manager at DAFA you will:-
1. Work closely with DAFA founders to understand the idea behind the organization and its main goals and vision for 2020
2. Analyze current state of the charity activities of Hotelier group
3. Develop DAFA organization concept, model & development strategy including structure & processes description
4. Systemize charity organization activities
5. Hire employees & volunteers according to approved structure & organization needs
6. Act as a source of inspiration, motivation and support all employees and volunteers
7. Ensure all employees are set annual objectives which are regularly reviewed, and receive an annual appraisal
8. Prepare and implement annual business/ operational plans which reflect the agreed strategy of the Charity, and develop and maintain systems to monitor the progress of those plans
9. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of education & poverty issues globally & locally
10. Represent DAFA externally to increase its reach & influence and to stimulate fund-raising function
11. Create and Manage organization budget
12. Set up cooperation with other charity organizations & supervise it
13. Designing fundraising materials such as portfolios of children and families in need
14. Lead on and actively engage in the development, planning and delivery of a fundraising strategy to maximize income in order to secure the long-term future of the charity and to ensure that organization targets can be met
15. Build and maintain profitable long-term relationships with donors/supporters and potential donors/supporters in order to grow existing funding streams
16. Match profiles in need with people who donated money
17. Ensure the effective management of existing income-generating service delivery contracts, including the timely reporting to funding bodies as required
18. Create documents/mails templates/policies to facilitate your work
19. Ensure proper communication & information flow
20. Attend and report to the DAFA founders as required. Report management information to the Committee in a timely and accurate manner, to reflect the service delivery and other achievements of the Charity
