We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to start operations and manage a sales team in Egypt. The ideal candidate would be required to set up an office in Egypt and primarily be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train sales staff
- Supervise, motivate and monitor team performance
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis and market trends
- Prepare quarterly and yearly budget for the sales department and maintain effective budget control of sales expenses
