Work in preparing and submitting a complete study technically& financially for (Construction/ Architecture / HVAC /Fire / PL / P. Station/ WWTP) •Responsible for the project’s mechanical specifications (such as air conditioning - Fire Fighting -Elevators - kitchen - Laundry- Boilers ---------) •Responsible for Quantities Survey lists and civil, Arch, Mechanical drawings. •Responsible for recoding and contacting Local & Foreign suppliers to obtain offers for the project’s items. •Responsible for Comparing and reviewing the suppliers’ offers and select the best in technically to match the tender documents & commercially to won the project. •Responsible for determining the cost of mechanical works Bill of quantities including "supply, install and handling over”. •Responsible for the study of the tender (Drawings - Bill of quantities - Specifications ) •Responsible for the preparation of the technical offer (Catalogs - Technical Data sheet - Suppliers’ lists - -----------)
