Develop the drawings and specifications of the electromechanical works for retail spaces .
Feedback on architectural drawings in order to improve the efficiency of the electromechanical system inside the retail spaces
Communicate with mall management \L.L till reach final approval on the electromechanical drawings and diagrams .
Follow up with contractors step by step during the fit out period anything related to electromechanical items .
Revise and confirm on the reports, quotations with technical specifications that come from the FM companies from many regions in NAL\ GCC \ KSA and Turkey
