Our perfect Senior Operations Analyst is a motivated multi-tasker who enjoys a blend of business operations and technical responsibilities. You will be involved in a variety of day to day operational activities as well as project owner for product improvement initiatives. Every day is fast paced so quick decision making, task execution and time management skills are critical for success. You will be THE go-to person for all operations items.

What You Will Contribute
- Develop subject matter expertise on utility billing processes and new market initiatives. Research complex system or process problems and identify solutions.
- Perform a variety of business related work including execution of daily operational tasks as well as business analysis and ownership of continued process improvement initiatives.
- Champion engineering projects targeted to increase billing and transaction timeliness and improve overall product value to better support client goals.
- Maintain a strong relationship with manager and executive level client contacts and provide guidance and advice as new business opportunities arise.
- Document new operational procedures to adapt to new or revised market guidelines or changing client needs.
