• Plan and maintain appropriate staff level
• Insure proper operation and support of systems.
• Responsible to maintain an accurate view and documentation within area of responsibility
• Develop and maintain our ecommerce services
• Assess the company’s needs and priorities for Web related work and create a strategic and operational plan
• Work with the Quality Control Specialist to ensure test case coverage and leverage automated testing tools as available.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to front end developers and other teams. Guide team members to work effectively together towards developing a quality product.
• Proactively solve problems and issues that may span across infrastructure, applications or other development teams.
• Drives the work in web development team and works with the senior leaders to analyze business requirements - advise
• design and implement new functionality and enhancements to web applications and web sites
• Manage cost estimates for new products and related budgets.
