· Manages existing channel partners within the region.
· Provides channel partner feedback to the company to match market requirements with company products.
· Identifies and qualifies new resellers & appoints them.
· Develops, motivates and partner sales & presales team by providing channel activities & enablement.
· Customarily and regularly engaged at partner facilities.
· Managing the yearly events & summits for Vendors & partners.
· Managing the Vendor relationship from channel point of view.
· Managing the channel team within region
· Building an eco-systems (Blended Solution) within FVC.
· Advises partners/FVC on strategic business and technology plans.
· Effectively exercises power and influences key decisions for the benefit of FVC and the partner.
· Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization.
· Is responsible to obtain the business plan from the reseller
· Targets to be assigned to Channel Partners.
· Identifies appropriate products and services to meet the full range of customer needs.
· Identifies cost effective and practical alternatives for the customer by bundling products/service “solutions” to maximize FVC’s opportunity while meeting customer’s needs.
· Point of contact for escalated issues.
· Key point of contact for customer but may escalate customer issues/concerns as appropriate.
