Job Objective
• Leads the establishment and implementation of Beyti Plants food safety programs that comply with internal policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Establishes, and provides advisory support to Manufacturing during the executing of the Plant Master Sanitation Program.
• Responsible for developing and executing facility-wide GMP training
Core Tasks
• Responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining all food safety programs including cleaning/sanitation, hygiene controls, GMP training and awareness, pest control, environmental monitoring, foreign material mitigation, etc.
• Develops and coordinates execution of employee GMP training programs.
• Supports operations and provides input on factory hygiene and zoning plans, and overall facility design.
• Coordinates activities of HACCP team.
• Provides food safety oversight and technical support during new process/product development, and facility expansion/modification.
